Lilac tincture

This plant may relieve coughs, sore throat, headache, toothaches, lower fever, balance gut, dysregulation, anti-inflammatory and may expel worms and parasites. It has been historically used as an anti-periodic, preventative and may stop the reoccurrence of disease. 

 Energetically, lilac lifts spirits and supports the emotional body when feeling troubled or heartbroken. Slow infused for months, this tincture immediately brings forth calmness, and perhaps a connection to your ancestors. Lilac may support the immune and lymphatic systems. It is known for cleansing the blood and detoxifying tissues and organs.

(Only fresh, non-sprayed plant material used.)

Typical dose:

For Adults: Dilute 2 droppers (40 drops) in about 1 or 2oz. of water or juice twice daily or otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. In some circumstances, dilute 4 droppers (80 Drops) in about 2 oz. of water or juice twice to three times daily for additional support.

For Children: Dilute 1 dropper (20 drops) in about 1 or 2oz. of HOT water twice daily or otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. In some circumstances, dilute 2 droppers (40 Drops) in about 2 oz. of HOT water twice daily for additional support.

For Topical: 3 droppers (60 drops) on a paper towel. Place tincture side onto skin or rub liquid into the effected areas as needed.

(Shake well before using. Squeeze the bulb a few times. If taken before a meal it may aid in digestion. Otherwise take whenever needed.
